How to Recover a Wastebasket Shortcut

The wastebasket shortcut, also called the recycle bin, is a default icon on the Windows desktop that allows users to store and delete junk data. The quickest way to empty the recycle bin and delete data is to right click on it and choose "Empty the Bin."
