Instructions

    • 1

Power down your elliptical trainer and unplug it from the wall.

    • 2

Position the newspaper around your elliptical trainer to protect your floor from the white lithium grease you'll use to lubricate the machine.

    • 3

Wipe down your elliptical trainer with the cotton cloth. You want to remove any debris that could become stuck in the oil and interfere with the performance of your elliptical trainer.

    • 4

Spray the white lithium grease on each of the bolts that holds your elliptical trainer together. Focus your efforts on the bolts that are attached to moving parts, such as the handlebars and pedals.

    • 5

Spray the white lithium grease along both of your elliptical trainer's rails. Your elliptical trainer should be good for another six months.

Tips & Warnings

  • For hard to reach areas that need to be oiled, spray white lithium grease on a Q-tip and use it to coat the areas.
