How to Use Creative Zen V Plus with a Mac
By default, the Zen V Plus portable media player by Creative is not compatible with Macintosh computers. Fortunately, there is XNJB, a third-party program that enables compatibility between the two devices for synchronization. As of 2010, XNJB is a free program that is only compatible with Macintosh computers running Mac OS X 10.3 or newer. In order to successfully transfer your music from your Mac to your Zen V Plus, the songs must be in MP3 format, due to the Zen V Plus' lack of support for AAC, M4P and M4A songs.
