How to Reset a Kindle

How to Reset a Kindle thumbnail
The Kindle is a portable library.

The Kindle is Amazon's exclusive e-book reader that allows users to carry thousands of books with them. Unfortunately, like most electronics, the Kindle occasionally crashes, requiring the user to reset the unit in order to get it working again. Before doing a hard reset, try a soft reset by pressing Alt+Shift+R. If that doesn't work, move onto a hard reset.
