1
Hang a Batman Happy Birthday banner. Purchase a Happy Birthday banner from a party store, or buy or make your own cardboard letters by printing letters onto cardstock, cutting them out and gluing them together. Print out various Batman pictures from the Internet and glue them haphazardly on the letters until the entire banner is covered with them. Hang the banner where all the guests can see it.

2
Hang up Joker pictures. Print out Joker pictures from the Internet and glue each one on a foil pie pan. On the back, glue a large question mark. Punch a hole in the top of each pan and loop a piece of yarn through. Hang these anywhere you choose, from doorknobs or from ceiling fans.

Put the bat signal on the wall. Send a clip-art image of the bat signal to a local photo processor and ask that it be enlarged as much as possible. Hang it on the wall to make a great backdrop for the Batman birthday party.

Create a large Batman game. Choose a Batman picture, and then use a photo-editing program to edit out the symbol on the chest. Enlarge the Batman symbol. Print it, put a piece of double-sided tape on the back of the symbol, then use it to play “Pin the Symbol on Batman.” Have guests take turns trying to pin the symbol onto the Batman picture while blindfolded. The guest that places it closest to the correct spot on Batman's chest wins a prize.

Create Batman streamers. Buy large, yellow streamers from a party store, and then print out several copies of the Batman symbol from the Internet. Glue the symbols onto the streamers, placing them a few inches apart from each other. Hang the streamers across the windows, the banister or anywhere else that needs a little Batman décor.
