How to Move Songs From a Zune to an iPhone?

Zune is a brand of MP3 playersimilar to the iPod. Zune songs are automatically formatted as an MP3, which is playable in iTunes. This makes it easy to play your Zune songs on your iPhone, since the iPhone syncs with iTunes. In addition, you can also play your iTunes songs on your Zune, because it supports the iTunes AAC format. You won't have to purchase any special software to transfer your music from one device to the other.

Instructions

Zune to iTunes

1. Plug the Zune MP3 player to the computer using a USB cable.

2. Open the iTunes software program on your PC.

3. Choose "Edit > Preferences > Import Settings > AAC Encoder." Hit "OK" to save the changes.

4. Select "File" from the menu at the top.

5. Choose "Add to Library," which allows you to add songs.

6. Browse through your music files on the Zune directory until you find the song you want to import into iTunes. Click on "Choose" to add it to the list. Continue clicking on songs until you have all the files you want to import.

7. Shut down iTunes after you have imported all your songs.

iTunes to iPhone

1. Attach a USB cable from the iPhone's to the computer.

2. Open iTunes if it does not automatically open.

3. Hit "Auto Sync" on the menu to start sending the music files to your iPhone.
