Instructions

1
Unwrap a miniature peanut butter cup and remove its paper cup liner. Place it upside down on a platter or tray with the bottom side up. This is the cap portion of the graduation cap.
-
2
Apply a dollop of chocolate frosting on the bottom of the peanut butter cup, using a knife. The chocolate frosting will serve as the glue to hold the cap together.
-
-
3
Break a Hershey's candy bar into a square for the mortarboard portion of the graduation cap. This is six sections of the candy bar. One candy bar will give you two squares, enough to make two graduation hats.
-
4
Turn the chocolate square, with the printed logo impression, face down and center it on the chocolate frosting.
-
5
Cut a 1/4-inch wide by 2-inch long strip of Fruit Roll-up for the graduation tassel. Place one end of the Fruit Roll-up strip in the center of the chocolate square. Allow the length to lay across the square and drape over the edge. It will stick without the frosting glue. Use small sharp scissors to cut fringe on the end of the tassel draped over the edge of the mortarboard.
-
6
Apply a small dot of chocolate frosting to the center top of the chocolate square mortarboard. Place a miniature M&M in the frosting for the button.
