The Workgroup edition allows 5 CALs, the Professional edition offers unlimited CALs, the Enterprise edition also offers unlimited CALs and the Service Provider offers unlimited CALs and other benefits for those who want to offer hosted CRM functionality to their clients.

You can manage your sales process by tracking leads in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 easy-to-use software. You can also forecast your sales leads through Microsoft CRM 4.0's PivotTables forecasting tool.
