How to Create Online Note Cards
You can create note cards as a study aid online. The days of spending hours writing out note cards by hand are over. You can type up your note cards online, save, study, print and share them. This is optimal for study groups since you can break up the material, work more efficiently as a group creating your note cards online and then share them with the group as a whole.

Open your browser and type FlashcardMachine.com or FlashcardExchange.com. Press "Enter."

Register for an online account at the website of your choice. You will need a valid email address to do this. FlashcardMachine.com will send you a verification email before you can begin while FlashcardExchange.com lets you get started right away following your registration.

Click "My Flashcards" or "New Flashcards" to create a new set.

Type the name of your note card set.

Type a short description in the "Description" field. Click "Save Set Details" or "Save." The note card editor now opens.

At FlashcardMachine.com, type your question or term in the "Term" field. At FlashcardExchange.com, type your question or term in the "Question" field.

Press the "Tab" key or left-click in the next field to enter your answer.

At FlashcardMachine.com, left-click the "Save" button to type your next note card. FlashcardExchange.com allows you to type one, five or 10 at a time before saving. Left-click the corresponding button at the top of the page.

When you are done typing your note cards, left-click "Save Flashcards" or "Exit" at the bottom of the page. Your note cards are now saved available for study.

Access your note cards at Flashcard Machine by left-clicking "My Flashcards" at the top of the page. Access your note cards at Flashcard Exchange by left-clicking "My Stuff" and selecting "My Flashcards" from the drop-down menu.
