How to Unblock a Sender in Outlook 2007

Ever wondered why you are not receiving emails from a particular individual? It can be very frustrating, especially if you are expecting important messages from this person. But this is not unusual. It has happened to a lot of people and it can happen to you as well. Chances are that you may have accidentally blocked this person in your Outlook 2007. Or you may have blocked an email address with the same domain. Either way, there are ways you can unblock this sender and continue receiving her emails.

Instructions

    • 1

Open Outlook. Click on "Actions" on the top bar. Select "Junk Email" and then open "Junk Email Options." The Junk Email Protection level should be at low. You can leave it that way.

    • 2

Click on the "Block Senders" tab. You may find a list of email addresses under the Blocked Senders category.

    • 3

Locate the email address of the sender you want to unblock. Click on the email address and click the "Remove" button.

    • 4

Click on "OK" and then click "Apply." Ask this individual to send you an email to make sure you are receiving his emails once again.
