How to Stop the Toolbar From Hiding in Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer (IE) is the default web browser for the Windows operating system. The browser has one or more toolbars at the top of the screen that may disappear or become hidden when your mouse is not hovering over them. This allows you to use the entire screen space for the web page you are viewing. The browser's setting can be changed, however, so that the toolbar does not disappear.
