How to Clean the System Cache on Windows XP Pro
The system cache is the area within Windows used to store temporary folders and files. Although intended for temporary storage purposes, the system cache is rarely cleaned out without direct manual intervention on your part. Over time, this results in the cache becoming bloated, possibly slowing down your computer's overall performance. Fixing this requires the use of the built-in Disk Cleanup tool in Windows XP Pro.
