How to Empty an Outlook Cache

Outlook is a productivity program made by Microsoft that allows you to read, send and organize email. Outlook also lets you create tasks and manage your calendar. At times, the program becomes unresponsive, not letting you create new items such as emails and tasks. It may also, at times, not be able to find or open certain items. Before you panic, clear the cache---it's a five-minute process.
