  • 5 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. lime zest
  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

      In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, paprika, ground rep pepper and lime zest. Refrigerate until corn on the cob is ready.

      Take four ears of fresh corn on the cob and husk them. Be sure to remove all the silk strands from the cob. Grill your corn on the cob over a clean grill on medium heat for about 10 minutes or until the corn becomes tender and lightly browned. Remember to turn the cobs over frequently while grilling so they cook evenly.

      After it is cooked, spread mayonnaise mixture over the corn on the cob generously and then top with fresh Parmesan cheese. Serve while hot.
