Contact an SBC Yahoo! representative by going to the AT&T support website (see the resources section). Type in your phone number if you are an existing customer and then click on the "Go" button.

Review the information in your account to make sure that it's accurate and click on the "Support" option. At the bottom of the page you will find an email address and contact number to call support help.

Use the phone, which your is saved to your account. It's important to use the phone number that is on file so that the service can quickly identify you. Continue to Step 3, to call support using the original SBC Yahoo! number.

Call 1-877-SBC-DSL5 (1-877-722-3755) to be connected to your account. The service will automatically recognize your phone number to see if it correlates with an account. You will then be given a series of choices that will help to direct you to a representative who can best help you.

Let the representative on the phone know that you originally signed up for SBC Yahoo! DSL and give your email address as well. This can be helpful for the representative to help you with your problem and successfully answer your questions.
