How to Customize a Browser Toolbar in IE 8
Internet Explorer 8 boasts faster Web browsing than previous versions, a "smart" address bar that matches your search term to your history or favorites and tabbed browser pages. Another benefit of IE 8 is that you can customize the toolbar so that it has the menus, shortcuts and other items that you want in the location that you want them, and with the type of appearance you desire.
