Select one of the options mentioned in Step 2 by clicking on it. At the top of the screen, you will see an option that says "Filter products by" and a list of filters. Select each filter that is applicable to narrow down your choices. For instance, if you are looking for female shoes, select "Woman" under the gender filter.

Choose what you would like to sort the results by under the "Sort by" option. You can sort by age, price or rating. Look through the options and select which shoe, of those remaining, you would like to customize with colors, material and design. Click on that shoe.

Click on the words "Start blank" that appear beside the shoe on the page. The shoe will appear grayish-white, and you can now fully customize your colors. A box with orange lettering along the right side will say "design in progress". Beneath that, click on the words "What's left?"

6
Begin customizing your shoe. Under performance options, click on "Outside" and choose the terrain you will be walking on more. Click on "Midsole cushioning" and determine whether you would like softer or firmer cushioning.

Under the "Color and material" option, begin by choosing a base material. Next, choose a color for that material. Experiment with different colors before selecting one and continuing to the next step. Continue choosing colors until every part of the shoe is a color you want. You can always go back if you change your mind on one of the colors.
-
8
Click on "Text and graphics". On the left side, a screen appears that allows you to write a custom message on the shoes' tongues. Type a message on one or both shoes and choose a color for those messages.
