How to Convert Photoshop Pics to JPEG
When you have a Photoshop file, it will be saved as a PSD, which preserves all of your layers and Photoshop features. Saving as a PSD allows you to import it directly into other Adobe programs and keep a complete layered image that you can go back and edit later. However, you can convert your Photoshop files to the JPEG format once you are done editing. The JPEG is a common file format that can be viewed without having Photoshop. It is often used to display photographs or images over the Internet.

Make sure you've done all the editing you need to in your layered document, including clipping paths. Clipping paths will allow you to preserve a transparent background around a selection in the document. Once you change the document to a JPEG, the layers will be flattened.
