How to Make a Daisy Chain With Flowers
Daisy chains are simply that: daisies threaded into one another to make a chain of varying lengths. The flowers can be close together on the chain or they can be far apart. Daisy chains can really be made with any flower or flowering weed that is easy to obtain that has a flexible stem. Daisy chains are a good project for children, as there is no need for scissors or other sharp objects. Does this Spark an idea?

Take one flower in your non-dominant hand.

Use the nail of the thumb on your dominant hand to make a small slit in the stem of the flower, just large enough for another stem to fit through. Make the slit near the flower if you want them to be closer together in the finished project and closer to the end of the stem if you want some distance between your flowers.

Take another flower and thread the stem through the slit in the original flower's stem.

Make a slit in the newly threaded flower's stem in the same location as the first slit in the relation to the flower.

Thread a new flower into the slit.

Continue slitting and threading your flowers until your chain is your desired length.

Tie the loose stem on the end of the chain to the original flower.

Tips & Warnings
If you are pressed for time, make your slits near the end of each stem so that it gets longer, faster.
Be aware that daisy and other flower chains only look good in the first couple if hours after you made them. After that, they begin to wilt.
