How to Build a Flash Photo Slideshow
Flash photo slideshows can be used for limitless creative purposes online. These slideshows can be used for several social networking sites, such as MySpace, Bebo and BlackPlanet, and other website creations. Flash photo slideshows can be created and customized for free in about 10 to 15 minutes. Uploading your pictures is the only requirement to create your slideshow--all of the other necessary resources are supplied by the website.

Go to a Flash slideshow-creation website. (See Resources below for a list of sites.)

Click "Create Your Own" or "Create Slideshow" at the top or along the left side of the webpage when it loads.

Upload your pictures to the website for your slideshow creation. Scroll to the middle of the page, and click the "Browse" tab. A dialog window will open so you can load the pictures of your choice into the slideshow creator.

Press and hold the "Control" key on your keyboard. Locate and click the pictures of your choice to highlight them.

Click the "Open" button in the dialog window to load the pictures into the slideshow creator. The pictures will appear on the slideshow creation website in your Internet browser.

Drag your uploaded picture between the photo blocks that will be displayed in the slideshow creator to change the order of the pictures if necessary.

Select a slideshow style for your slideshow creation by clicking on the available preset effects in the creator.

Choose the photo transition for your slideshow. Click on the images next to the type picture transition you want for your slideshow. (Picture transitions display how the pictures will transfer from one to the next.)

Click the "Save" or "Save Slideshow" action to save your slideshow and generate an HTML code.

Log in to the site where you'd like to place the flash slideshow's HTML code and click on the "Edit" or "Edit Profile" action.

Paste the code in this profile-editing area where you want the slideshow to appear.

Save the changes to your profile so the Flash show will be displayed on your page.
