How to Blend Propolis & Honey

Propolis and honey are both bee byproducts that are known for their healing properties, and can be used in a variety of home remedies. From treating acne and other skin infections, to relieving pain from arthritis and other maladies, the combination of propolis and honey is an easy remedy to blend together. Because of the sticky consistency of propolis, it can be used in its powdered form or the tincture can be mixed and diluted in water and honey.
