Apply eye primer onto your eyelids and up toward your browbone. Apply foundation prior to your primer to create a flawless canvas for this eye look.

Pat a bright green eye shadow onto the inner 2/3 of the eyelid. Use a shadow brush to do this.

Using the same shadow brush pat a dark forest green eye shadow into the outer corner of the eye and pull the color inward toward the crease with the brush. This technique is called blending.

Apply a shimmering gold eye shadow onto the outer half of the lid and use a blending brush to blend the gold color in toward the green on the inner 2/3. Make a sweeping motion from the outer corner inward to prevent uneven color distribution.

Apply black eyeliner to the upper lash line and your lower lash line and waterline. Your water line is the fleshy pink line located just above your lower eyelashes. It may be uncomfortable to apply eyeliner there for the first time.
