2. Certain foods can help the pain as well. What you'll want to do is consume as many vegetables as possible. Try and include it in as many meals as possible during the day.

3. When you're relaxing with your heating pad, make sure that you're wearing loose fit clothing. The tighter your clothes are, the more you're going to find that they cause pressure on your body. Wear clothes such as sweat pants, or something comfortable.
