Tips & Warnings
Adding a bit of salt to the olive oil will create an exfoliating moisturizer, which removes dead skin. However, be careful not to massage too vigorously when using salt, as this may damage the skin.
Supplementing your diet with fish oil may also help to relieve dry skin. See your local health store or pharmacy.
Natural oils may not work for everyone. If you experience any adverse reactions, such as increased itchiness or dryness, discontinue use or use less frequently.
