How to Download Flash Lite for Windows Mobile
Adobe Flash powers many of the most popular content distribution sites, and millions of Flash-based videos are available to download and view on the Internet. Unfortunately, some Windows Mobile-based phones do not have the ability to play Flash content in their default configuration, even if they have Internet access. This article describes the process of installing Adobe Flash Lite on a Windows Mobile device.

Download Adobe Flash Lite to your computer. It's a free download, but you must create an Adobe account and login to download it. Be sure to choose the correct version for your device (Pocket PC or Smartphone).

Connect your Windows Mobile device to your computer and allow it to sync with ActiveSync or the Windows Mobile Device Center.

Click the Start button, then click "My Computer" if you are running Windows XP or "Computer" in Windows Vista and 7.

Double-click your Windows Mobile device, and move the Flash Lite .CAB file to the device. Detach the device from your computer.

Tap "Start" on the Windows Mobile device, then tap "Programs" and "File Explorer."

Browse to the .CAB file and tap it. Flash Lite will install automatically. Tap "OK" when it is finished.

Tap "Start," "Programs" and "Adobe Flash Lite" to run the program.

Tips & Warnings
If you have a full desktop Web browser such as Opera installed on your Windows Mobile device, then you may download Flash Lite directly to your device rather than using your computer. Some mobile versions of Internet Explorer may be incompatible with the website, however.
