2. Select the account type you'd like, and sign up.

3. Follow the instructions given to verify your account.

4. Start accepting payments via eBay, email, mobile and your website.

• Setting up a PayPal account is free, and you can accept payments with any of the four types of accounts offered.

• If you plan to conduct part-time or full-time business activities and have payments coming in frequently, set up a premier account instead of a personal one because the premier account allows you to receive more money in a month and the fees are lower.
