- Vitamin E
- Aloe Vera
- Lemon Juice
- Plain Oatmeal
- Yogurt

Break open a vitamin E capsule or use topical vitamin E cream. Apply to areas impacted by acne scarring, but do not apply on areas with open or broken areas of skin.

Apply Aloe Vera gel over healing cuts and existing acne scars. Be careful to avoid areas with open cuts or breaks in the skin, because infection can result.

Apply several drops of lemon juice to a cotton ball and apply to the skin. Rinse off the lemon juice 10 minutes after application.

Create a facial using 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of fat free sour cream and several drops of lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and apply to the skin.

Create a facial using 1/4 cup of pureed pineapple. Apply to the face and rinse after 10 to 15 minutes.
