How to Get Rid Of New Mail Arrives Email Notification Pop-Up Box on Lotus Notes

IBM's Lotus Notes displays a pop-up message when you receive new email. While some users like this feature, it annoys others. Luckily, Lotus Notes provides you with the ability to turn off the pop-up message every time you receive a new email.

Instructions

1. Select "File," then "Preferences."

2. Click the "+" next to "Mail" to expand the "Mail" option.

3. Remove the check from "Display a Popup Alert" and click "OK."
