Go the to the YouTube video sharing website and locate the video you want to playback. Click on it to begin playback. Copy the URL address on URL window on the top of your browser.

Launch YouTube Download Helper from the location you have it on your computer. If you do not already have it, you have to purchase and install it (see Resources). You can also download the trial version, but keep in mind that it does not allow you to download a full YouTube video.

Paste the URL address you copied into the "Input YouTube URL containing Video (http://)" window.

Click "Open" and select the destination folder you want to save the video to. Click "Download." YouTube Download Helper downloads the YouTube video to your computer.
