Things You'll Need

  • 2 tsp. dried peppermint leaves
  • 8 tsp. chopped green tea leaves
  • French press
  • 8 oz. distilled water
  • 4 drops essential lavender oil
  • 2 tsp. aloe vera gel
  • 2 tsp. vitamin E cream
  • 8 oz. spray bottle

      Place dried peppermint leaves and chopped green tea leaves in a French press.

      Pour the distilled water into a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Pour the boiling water over the herbs.

      Add the essential lavender oil to the French press and stir with a wooden spoon. Let the mixture steep for 10-12 minutes and plunge. Let the mixture cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.

      Pour the aloe vera gel and vitamin E cream into the spray bottle and add the contents of the French press. Place the cap on the spray bottle and shake gently to combine. Store in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator between uses.
