How to Make Sleek Evita Bun Hair

Played by Madonna in the movie version, the character Eva Peron is seen wearing a sophisticated, sleek bun hairstyle at the nape of her neck. This versatile hairstyle can be worn as a bridal hairstyle in a wedding, daily to the office or for a night on the town. Part the hair on the crown of the head down the middle or on the preferred side. Use a gel or pomade to slick the hair with a paddle brush to the back of the head.

Braid two small sections of hair on each side that are behind the ears. Start the braids at the top of the ear and braid them toward the nape of the neck.

Tie the loose hair and the two braids into a ponytail at the nape of the neck.

Braid the loose hair, starting at the ponytail holder. Hold the end of the braid.

Wrap the braid around the ponytail holder in a clockwise motion, securing with bobby pins. Place the bobby pins around the created bun to secure the hair and to keep stray hairs from slipping out.

Spray the whole head with hairspray.
