How to Make Sweet Tart Candy Necklaces
Candy necklaces with candy strung like beads on an elastic band provide a way to carry your candy and make a fashion statement. Use any type of candy to make a candy necklace, but the type you choose will determine the best method for creating the necklace strands. Small, hard disk shaped candies such as Sweet Tarts do not have a hole in the center, making stringing difficult, unless you make some simple changes to their packaging. Gummy Sweet Tarts also can be used to make Sweet Tart candy necklaces using a more traditional technique. Feel free to substitute any candy for the Sweet Tarts using either of these methods.
