How to Apply Urine Therapy for Athlete's Foot
The folkloric cure for athlete's foot has always been to urinate on your feet. But because of the chemical urea in urine, a chemical found in many over-the-counter athlete's foot remedies, there is truth to this. In fact, some podiatrists actually recommend urine therapy for their patients who come down with cases of athlete's foot.

Stop the drain of your shower.

Urinate in the shower.

Stand in the urine. Be sure the crevices of your feet are touching the urine. If your shower is too shallow, try using a bowl instead and wading in that.

Wade in the urine for two to five minutes.

Unstop the shower.

Wash your feet off with soap and water and thoroughly dry them with a towel.

You do not have to use your own urine.
Always wash your feet after treating yourself with urine therapy, and be sure to dry them off well as to not promote fungus growth.
