How to Record Internet Radio on Your Computer

Internet radio can reveal audio entertainment from around the world. You don't even have to stray from your desktop. You can listen to country music from Nashville, talk radio from London or anime pop from Tokyo. However, staying to finish a program may make you late for an appointment or delay a work task. You can avoid this problem by recording Internet radio for playback at a more convenient time.

Instructions

    • 1

Download, install and run Screamer Radio, which is available from a link under Resources below.

    • 2

Click the "Presets" menu and select "Genre," "Network," "Language" or "Region" to display a list of radio stations.

    • 3

Click on a radio station to load it. Its title and information will appear in the program display as the audio starts playing.

    • 4

Click the "Rec" button to record, "Stop" to stop and "Play" to play the recording. The audio files are stored by default in your "My Music" folder under "Screamer Radio."
