Place the shower tray on the ground in the spot where you intend to place your shower. Use a spirit level to ensure that the foundation of the tray is completely flat. If the surface is not flat, use adjustable legs to adjust the tray so that it becomes level. A tray that is place on a sloped surface will cause drainage problems in the future.

2
Run silicon sealant along the joints of the shower tray and the tiles that are surrounding it. This sealant is applied to ensure that no water can slip through and exit the shower while the water is turned on.

Fit the shower head and valve into the water source. Turn on the water and check for any leaks or openings that may have been overlooked during the installation process.
