Instructions

Find a chocolate mold to match your theme. We had a Ren Faire theme for our wedding, so we did castles for our chocolate favors.

You can look for molds at Micheal's or eBay.

Buy your chocolate - Wilton makes the best chocolate for making chocolate favors. You can get the chocolate in a variety of colors to match your wedding colors.

Melt your chocolate. I've found the easiest way to do this is to get a double broiler. But if you don't have one, you can use the defrost setting on your microwave.

Heat up the chocolate on defrost for 1 minute, then stir - repeat the process until the chocolate is all melted.

Pour your chocolate into your mold. Then shake the mold to get all the air bubbles out.

Put the mold into your fridge to cool. Once the chocolate is cool you can pop it out of the mold.

Put the chocolate in individual bags. We tied the bags closed with a piece of ribbon. You could also put fake flowers or other decoration on the bag to spruce it up!
