Ever wonder how Michelle Obama got those fantastic arms where she can confidently go sleeveless? One thing she did was build her triceps. In order to tone flabby arms fast you must concentrate on building the tricep muscle which is in the back of the arm. The following exercises will help you build the tricep muscle in each arm, which will tone and strengthen the back of your arm and eliminate flab.

Things You'll Need:

  • 8 inch diameter Ball 1 Hand Weight Stable Chair
  1. Step 1

First, work on reducing overall body fat through exercises such as aerobics, Pilates, walking, running, etc. Choose a workout that you will enjoy doing because you are more likely to stick with it. It’s important to work on reducing overall body fat because when you join that workout with specific exercises that target the back of your arms, your arms will become taut and toned quicker. Follow along with these exercises shown in the video listed in the Resources section of this article.

  2. Step 2

Ball Push Up – Use an 8 inch diameter ball.
Hand Weight - Use 1 hand weight.
Chair Exercise – Use any stable chair in your home.

  3. Step 3

This isn’t an all inclusive list, but will definitely help you develop tone and taut triceps and reduce flabby arms. Doing a regular workout regimen and consistently performing these exercises will help you lose body fat and build your tricep muscles, thereby toning and tightening the back of your arms. Do them consistently at least four times a week and you will produce great and fasts results.
