How to Fix a Vertical Task Bar
The Windows taskbar, the gray bar that's normally on the bottom of the screen, is a permanent dock that shows all of the programs running on the computer and allows you to quickly switch between them. You can move the taskbar to any side of the screen. If your taskbar has changed location, moving it back to the default location is as simple as a few mouse clicks.
