Step 1
Download MP3 files from a trusted online music provider. Save the music to a designated folder on the local computer or an external hard drive.

Launch the latest version of the Windows Media Player. Click "File" then select "Add to Library" from the drop down menu.

From the pop up box, select the "My personal folders" radio button. Click "Add."

Select the location of the folder containing the MP3 music files to be burned to disc. Click the "OK" button. The songs will be added to the Windows Media Player library for easy access and storage.

Click the burn tab from the toolbar. Drag the recently added music files from the workspace to the burn list located on the right one at a time.

Arrange the burn order of the MP3s by clicking and dragging the song title upward or downward within the list. To remove a song from the list, right click the title and select "Remove from list" on the popup menu.

Step 7
Insert a blank recordable disc in the computer's CD burner. Click the "Start Burn" button at the bottom of the screen. The disc will automatically eject upon completion of the burn process.
