Trying to cure a toothache is much worse than simply trying to get rid of bad breath or some other trivial problem. Hopefully you don't have an abscessed tooth - if it's too bad you may need to go to the doctor. Your tooth sensitivity is probably quite high so you'll need to be careful when going through this guide.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Q-Tips
  • Clove Bud
  • Listerine (Mouth Wash)
  1. Step 1

First there are a couple natural ways to get rid of toothaches. Try breathing through your nose while exhaling air through your mouth. This helps to avoid congestion in your nostrils. If your toothache is caused by some apnea, fear, or nausea you may need to treat that first.

  2. Step 2

If your toothache IS caused by nausea there is one more natural thing you can try. Hold the tip of your index finger to the tip of your thumb to make an O. Make sure you are holding firmly. Focus on a distant object for a few seconds or minutes. You may notice now that your toothache is completely gone!

  3. Step 3

Assuming it's not because of any of those, get out your clove buds and rub them onto a Q-tip. This may sting a little but you then need to touch that to your sensitive teeth. This will only numb it down, but it will probably kill it off for upwards of a day - which is quite nice relief.

  4. Step 4

Another way to remedy a toothache is with Listerine or another type of mouth wash. Every thirty minutes to an hour you need to take a sip and put it on the sensitive tooth, this will burn but it's only temporary.

  5. Step 5

Check the resource box at the bottom for a homemade way to cure yourself (permanently) of any toothache within 12 hours!
