How to Get Bigger Breasts Without Implants or Pills

Wall Exercise

Face a wall and stand 2 to 3 feet away from it. Place your feet firmly on the ground and keep them about hips width apart.

Stand straight and tall, tense your body and lean into the wall using your hands as supports. Your hands should be at shoulder width and your elbows should be bent and relaxed.

Relax your body into the wall and push the weight of your body away from the wall using your arms. It is essentially doing a push up against a wall instead of on the floor. Do two to three sets of 10.
Floor Exercise

Lay on your back on a mat. Hold a 1-lb. weight in each hand with your arms stretched outward, making a "T" shape.

Take a deep breath in and exhale. While exhaling, slowly lift your outstretched arms up and over your chest. Keep your elbows slightly bent, as if you are hugging an invisible tree.

Squeeze your arms tightly without connecting them. The muscles along the sides of your breasts should be tense. Take a deep breath in, while slowly bringing your arms back to the mat. Do two to three sets of 10.
Extra Exercises

Sit up straight and press your palms together in front of your chest. Press as hard as you can and hold for five seconds. Relax for five seconds, not letting your arms drop or your palms separate. Repeat the movement 10 times.

Grasp your forearms with each hand holding the opposite elbow. Hold your arms up at shoulder level. Pull your arms outward as hard as possible without letting your hands slip or let go of your elbows. Pull for five seconds, relax and pull again. Repeat 10 times.

Lock your fingers in a finger curl with one arm palm-down and the other palm-up. Level your arms with your shoulders. Pull your fingers apart without actually letting them go for five seconds. Relax and repeat 10 more times.

Using a bench press can also enhance the appearance of your breasts. Try lifting weights that are an acceptable size for you, and do two to three sets of 10 a day. The extra exercises can be conducted during your work day or whenever you have some time but do not want to break out the exercise gear. Your breasts will have a larger appearance anytime you have good posture. Stand with your shoulders back and your chest out to give them a perkier look.
It may be tempting to ingest large amounts of fennel or fenugreek, as they have been said to naturally increase bust size. But according to the Mayo Clinic, while fennel and fenugreek do contain elements that will increase estrogen and may increase breast size, it also increases your risk of breast cancer. Small amounts of the food are acceptable but don't eat it in hopes of boosting your bra size.
