How to Fix Blurry Internet Pictures
If you have that perfect photo that you have uploaded to the Internet--only to discover that the picture is blurred--there's no need to delete it. You can often fix it yourself. All you need to do is use basic photo editing software that is probably already installed on your computer. If you do not have photo editing software on your computer, there are websites, such as Picture Smart and Online Photo Tool, that will allow you to use their software for free.

Download the picture from the Internet to your computer by performing a "Right Click." Select "Save As." Keep the original picture name and file extension to simplify the process later on.

Open the photo editing software that is on your computer, such as Adobe PhotoShop, Corel, or Microsoft Picture Manager.

Click on "File" from the menu bar of your photo editing program. Select "Open" to locate the picture that was saved to your computer in step 1.

Click on "Tools" from the menu bar of your photo editing program. Choose the option to "Sharpen" your picture. After selecting the option to sharpen your picture, you will be able to increase the sharpness of the picture by a percentage, for example 20 percent sharper, 50 percent sharper, and 100 percent sharper.

Preview the picture after changing the sharpness level to ensure that all of the blurriness is gone. Save your changes by clicking on "File" from the menu bar. Click on "Save."

Log into the control panel of your website. Click on the option to "Upload" a new picture into your "Image Library." Wording may slightly vary by site.

Click "Browse" to browse through your computer files to locate the picture that was edited. Select the picture to complete the upload process.
When your are prompted regarding whether or not you would like to "overwrite" the original picture that is already in your image library with the same name, select "Yes." By doing so, you won't have to change any HTML coding since the file name for the picture did not change.
