• Water
• Lemon juice
• Cotton swab

Instructions

1. Wash your face with warm water to moisten the skin and open the pores. Once this happens, your skin will absorb the lemon juice more easily, allowing it to have a deeper effect on your skin.

2. Soak up 1 tsp. of lemon juice onto a cotton ball, and gently dab it on your face. The lemon juice has natural acid that will help kill any harmful bacteria. It also has skin-lightening agents that allow it to lighten your skin, including your acne scars, and even your skin tone. Leave the lemon juice on your skin for 10 minutes.

3. Rinse the lemon juice off of your face and gently dry your skin.

4. Apply sunscreen to your skin afterward to protect it from harmful UV rays.
