How to Delete Programs in Safe Mode
Safe Mode is the troubleshooting part of Windows operating systems designed for fixing problems, removing viruses and uninstalling applications because it allows only a certain number of drivers and system components to run. It also disables the network and prevents applications from using the Internet. Uninstalling an unwanted program in Windows Safe Mode is both simple and secure. Once you log into Safe Mode, the uninstallation process is the same as in regular Windows.
