This article will tell you how to make a great carp bait using instant grits and blueberry pie filling.

Things You'll Need

• 1 box of original instant grits
• 1 can of blueberry pie filling
• a bucket with a lid
• a can opener

Instructions

1. 

   Get a bucket with a lid.

2. 

   Open the box of original instant grits and pour it into the bucket.

3. 

   Get a can opener and open the can of blueberry pie filling. Any brand of blueberry pie filling will do.

4. 

   Pour 1/2 of the can of blueberry pie filling in the bucket with the instant grits.

5. 

   Take your hands and stir the instant grits and blueberry pie filling together. Make sure and mix it well and get any clumps out.

6. 

   Once the bait is made, place the lid on the bucket and seal until you are ready to fish.

7. When you are ready to use the bait, place two corn pops on your hook and get out a fist full of the bait and form a tight ball around the corn pops on your hook. Then, cast into the lake or pond and get ready to catch some fish.
