Try to do as much of your workout standing up as possible, this will put more emphasis on your core then if you were to do the same exercise sitting down. For example, if you are doing bicep curls, do them standing up instead of sitting on the bend. If you want to work your chest, do cable pulls standing up instead of using the fly machine. There are many variations of the same workouts you already do that will benefit your abs more by doing them standing. -

Drink plenty of water before, during and after your workout. Your body is like a car and water is like oil, neither will run well without it! So stay hydrated.
