Instructions

    • 1

Measure out 4 tablespoons of honey into a medium-sized bowl.

    • 2

Pour 1 quart of boiling water over the honey, stirring as you pour to dissolve the honey and make a honey-water base. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes then stir again.

    • 3

Add milk powder to the warm water, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring as you go to dissolve the powder.

    • 4

Put some dried lavender or rose petals in a blender or food processor and pulse until they are shredded. Add about a tablespoon of the dried flowers to the honey milk. Continue to add dried flowers until the scent of the bath oil is strong enough.

    • 5

Add as much of the mixture as you'd like to the bath water. Sit back, relax and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings

  • For a more luxurious bath experience, try mixing the honey with 2 cups warm milk or cream.
