How to Download 3rd Generation iPod Nano Games

The iPod Nano 3rd Generation (3G) is a multimedia portable device that not only allows you to play back music and photos, but also download and play games. Using iTunes---the default iPod management program---you can download and sync games on your player quickly and easily. There are so many different games you can choose from, depending on your interests; within no time, you can begin playing them no matter where you go.

  • Connect your iPod Nano 3G to the computer using the supplied USB cable, and launch iTunes if it does not automatically launch.

  • Click your iPod's icon on the left panel of the iTunes program and click "iTunes Store." Search for the game you want to upload to your player and click "Download" once you have found it.

  • Type your screen name and password in iTunes and click "Download" to automatically download the game to the iTunes library.

  • Click your iPod's icon on the left panel and click the "Game" tab. Select "Sync Games." Select the game you downloaded and click "Apply" to automatically sync the game to the iPod Nano 3G.

  • Verify the game has been downloaded on the player by selecting the "Extra" option on the iPod. Select "Games." You should see your game listed in this category.
