How to Track Recent Call Lists on a Cell Phone

Although there are many different types of cell phones, most, if not all, give you the ability to check your recent call lists. Your recent call lists are stored on your phone and typically track your outgoing calls, incoming calls and missed calls. The number of calls that are saved vary among different phone models.

Instructions

1. Power on your cell phone.

2. Press the "Dial" button on your phone. Depending on the model of your phone, it may have a telephone icon or the word "Dial" on it. In many phone models, this will open your recently dialed call list.

3. Press the button that opens your phone's menu. Scroll through the options and select the one that allows you to view your call lists. In some phones, you may need to open the "Phone" or "Call" menu to view recent calls.

4. Select your incoming calls to view the incoming calls that have been answered by your phone. Open your "Outgoing Calls" menu to see the calls that have been made from your phone. Select "Missed Calls" to see the list of incoming calls that were not answered.

5. Select an individual call to see the telephone number, date and time of the call, as well as the length of the call, if applicable.
