Cellfire allows you to link coupons for groceries to your store's loyalty card, making coupons painless and paperless. Cellfire does require free registration at their website and may not work with all cell phones.

2. Visit online coupon sites and sign up for coupons to be mailed to you. Redplum.com is one such service that offers a variety of coupons for groceries. Coupons are also available online and are usually for $1 or more off selected products.

3. Start a weekly coupon swap. This works well if you are a member of a mother or parenting group or have a large circle of friends. Set up a Yahoo list and ask everyone to post their coupons. Coupons for groceries can either be mailed to participants or you can meet regularly to swap coupons.
